NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2016 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on February 14, 2017, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
The South 207.43 feet of the East 210 feet of the North 420 feet of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 23,Township 25 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida, Together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the west 35 feet of the East 210 feet of the North 420 feet of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of said Section 23, less the South 207.43 feet thereof.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
