NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 2014-CA-006811 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale via online auction at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK “C”, FIRST ADDITION TO NEWTOWN HEIGHTS according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 199 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Property Address: 2920 Maple Ave., Sarasota, FL 34234
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
