NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-006987 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jason Bedell, Margie Bedell, Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, GRADY SWOPE'S HARRIS SCHOOL SUBN. NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
