NOTICE OF SALE OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §715.10 et. seq., LSREF3 Sapphire 2, LLC, owner of the real property located at 9500 Bonita Beach Road, Suites 210 and 310, Bonita Springs, FL 34145 hereby gives notice that it will sell abandoned by former tenants or owners Bonita Venture, LLC; Dr. Zannos G. Grekos; Regence Health Care, Inc., and Intercellular Sciences, LLC. The personal property not having been reclaimed after written notice duly given under Fla. Stat. § 715.108, the undersigned LSREF3 Sapphire 2, LLC, will sell, at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the property at 9500 Bonita Beach Road, Suites 210 and 310, Bonita Springs, FL 34145 on January 21, 2017, at 10:00 E.T., the following described personal property, to-wit:
(1) Four stainless steel Detecto foot operated trash cans.
(2) Two Bio hazardous foot operated trash cans.
(3) One Ritter M9 UltraClave, Serial Number DM016471.
(4) One small Avanti refrigerator.
(5) One Ritter Examination light, Model Number 355-003 S#FT001352.
(6) One Midmark 75L Examination table.
(7) One stainless steel step stool.
(8) One stainless steel adjustable tray.
(9) One stainless steel rolling IV stand.
(10) One Hamilton power examination table.
(11) One Hamilton omni examination table.
(12) One Ambler Sonogram station, Serial Number S 8709 M# APOGEE CX 200.
(13) One Toshiba Studio 3511 copier.
(14) Two wood and vinyl examination tables with face cut out.
(15) Two examination screens with tract.
(16) One Ritter power examination table, M#F.
(17) Two wood and vinyl examination tables.
(18) One Varian X-Ray imaging, Model Number B-165H November 2010 with North American Imaging X-Ray Image Intensifier, Model Number AI5772HVP, manufactured 12/03, with InfifMed Model Number V3422 CCD4 Serial Number 3402321002, with Poly AU Parallel arm Universal vascular Angiographic stand by XRE Corp.
