Owners or anyone claiming an interest have a right to a hearing prior to the scheduled auction which can be set by filing demand with Clerk of the Circuit Court in this County and mailing copies of demand to all other owners and lienholders. Owner can recover possession without judicial proceeding by posting bond per Florida Statute 559.917. Auction proceeds in excess of charges due will be deposited with Clerk of the Circuit Court.
