NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 16th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-009190-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5CB is the Plaintiff and DELORES GRAY A/K/A DELORES JEAN GREAY A/K/A DELORES BUTLER GRAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELORES GRAY A/K/A DELORES JEAN GREAY A/K/A DELORES BUTLER GRAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
