NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2016 (the “Judgment”) and Order Resetting Sale Date dated December 21, 2016 (the “Order”), entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-3611 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is Plaintiff and PIERINO ESPOSITO; HEATHER ESPOSITO; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; a Florida non-profit corporation; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a Political subdivision of the State of Florida, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will at 10:00 a.m. on January 26, 2017, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida:
