NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002744 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Homestar Mortgage Acceptance Corp., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-5, Plaintiff and Denis Hall a/k/a D. Hall are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8 OF CUMBERLAND TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE(S) 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
