NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006521 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Cheryl Knight aka Cheryl G. Knight, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 1 AND 2, GRAND CENTRAL CENTER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
