NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-004114-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Musa M. Mohamed aka Musa Mohamed, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Fourth Street Condominium Association, Inc., Parklane Condominium Association, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 204 IN BUILDING 379 OF PARKLANE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5551 PAGE 1082 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 69 PAGES 79 THROUGH 84, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
