NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-003770-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), Plaintiff, and STEPHEN P. PREZA A/K/A STEPHEN P. PRAZA; HIBISCUS GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK I, HIBISCUS GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 55 THROUGH 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
