NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-002475 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, NA, successor to The Bank of New York Trust Company, NA, as trustee, for the Chase Mortgage Finance Corporation Multi-Class Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-S2, is the Plaintiff and Kelly H. Newsome, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Century Bank, F.S.B., Parkland Estates Civic Club, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
