NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2016, and entered in 16-004672-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and JEFF ESSERS A/K/A JEFF H. ESSERS; LEAH ESSERS A/K/A LEAH M. ESSERS; THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 12-101, OF THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14748, AND PAGE 1703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
