NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-003103-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DANA WELLS A/K/A DANA ANN WELLS N/K/A DANA KOLOSOV; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANA WELLS A/K/A DANA ANN WELLS N/K/A DANA KOLOSOV; ALEXANDER KOLOSOV; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER KOLOSOV; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, WEDGEWOOD PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
