NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 18, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-013216-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Michael McDevitt a/k/a Michael Mc Devitt; The Unknown Spouse of Michael McDevitt a/k/a Michael Mc Devitt; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, SEMINOLE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 48 AND 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. PLUS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AFOREMENTIONED LOT 11 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE RUN NORTH 16 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 08 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 104.44 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 88 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 03 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 12.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 22 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 105.18 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
