NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-002467-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MIRIAM T. WHITLATCH A/K/A MIRIAM THERESA WHITLATCH, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 'B', DUNEDIN MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 3, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
