NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015102 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Robert C. Chrysler, Unkown Spouse of Robert C. Chrysler, John Doe, Jane Doe, as Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 22, RUN SOUTH 86 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 22 A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 12 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 13 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 70.72 TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 21; THENCE RUN NORTH 64 DEGREES 02 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 21, A DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 21; THENCE RUN NORTH 61 DEGREES 08 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 21 A DISTANCE OF 25.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 21; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 22 A DISTANCE OF 45.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
