NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 22nd day of September, 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2015-003245-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK D, HIGHLAND TERRACE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
