LOTS 29 AND 30, IN BLOCK 4, OF SECTION ONE, WATERVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THIS DEED IS MADE AND GIVEN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING AND CONFIRMING THAT CERTAIN DEED DATED 5-26-88 AND FILED 6-6-88 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6759, AT PAGE 2145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELINQUISHING ANY AND ALL INTEREST THAT THE GRANTORS HEREIN, EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR AS TRUSTEES OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRUST AGREEMENT, MAY HAVE IN TIE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY
