NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002867-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MOHSEN MOHAMMADI, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 1801-F, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM recorded in O.R. Book 4861, Pages 1517 through 1586, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
BEING KNOWN AS PARCEL NO. 31/29/16/99081/014/8016
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
