NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2016, and entered in 16-002808-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ESSIE MAE HARRIS A/K/A ESSIE HARRIS, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURTS IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; ADRIAN BAKER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
