NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-003066-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR14, is Plaintiff and MARIA LOPEZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 6, TOWNHOMES AT WEATHERSFIELD, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book126, Pages 71-74, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1658 Fieldfare Court, Dunedin, Florida 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
