NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-010051-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OR ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST, SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff and GENEVIEVE HASKINS ADAMS A/K/A GENEVIEVE HASKINS ADAM, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Wexford Leas Unit 7-A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 88, Pages 16 and 17, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1511 Colony Court, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
