NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-002049-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR CARLSBAD FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST, is Plaintiff, and DANNIE K. SHUPERT, are Defendant(s).
Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on February 2, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK B, WEKIWA HILLS, SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.

This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer. The News Paper is requested pursuant to the previsions of Administrative Directive OCAD 2010-7 to deliver the proof pf publication directly to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County.
