LOT 199, THE MEADOWS AT BOGGY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 75-78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for MEADOWS AT BOGGY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before __________________________, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
