NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 5, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15000236CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALICE ISAAC, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of February, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 540, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 7, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 11A through 11G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
