NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003251 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-14N, Plaintiff and Creighton K. McColl are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, LAKEVIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLUS THE SOUTH 1.00 FEET OF THE EASTERLY 320.0 FEET OF LOT 1, OF LAKE VIEW ESTATES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
