Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated December 1, 2016 in Case No. 16-CA-865 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which CLARK BREWER is the Plaintiff and DEAN BEHREND is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on February 2, 2017, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
