NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA003518 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and Angie M. Seneck a/k/a Angelia M. Seneck a/k/a Angelia Seneck; Paul A. Seneck A/K/A Paul Seneck; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Pomello Ranches Homeowners' Association, Inc; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF TRACT 55, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PLATTED ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
