NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 5, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001282 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and MARINA COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AARON I. SANSON IV; PATRICIA C. MULLIGAN; WINDSTAR ON NAPLES BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES, NA, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 2 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO. 13, MARINA COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2318, PAGES 1044 THROUGH 1183, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
