YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 601, BAY POINTE VISTA II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the Official Records as Instrument #2001167350, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 35, Pages 22, 22A through 22G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida together with Parking Garage Units 5, 6, 2A and 11B, designated in said Declaration of Condominium as a limited common element.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Richard A. Ulrich, Esq., of Ulrich, Scarlett, Wickman & Dean, P.A., at 713 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 201, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice on Plaintiff or its attorney whose name and address shall appear in, or be annexed to, said notice; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
