Plaintiff, vs. THOMAS BRIAN DYER; KRISTI WADE DYER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) who name is fictitious to account for parties in possession

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered on January 9, 2017 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 120, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE KK UNIT 2 A/K/A GREENBROOKS BANKS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 138 THROUGH 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 7th day of February, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclosc.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
