UNIT NO. 27 OF VILLAGE OF BAYSHORE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2088, PAGE 4335, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2531 Bayshore Gardens #27, Bradenton, FL 34207
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 7th day of February, 2017 at (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
