NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001129-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Michael A. Hickey, Jr.; Collier County, Florida; Lakewood Community Services Association, Inc.; Lakewood Single Family Homeowners Association I, Inc.; United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK H, AND PART OF THE NORTH CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK H, LAKEWOOD UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTH CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE 12.00 FEET ALONG A CURVE CONCAVED TO THE NORTHWEST CHORD BEARING SOUTH 20 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST, CHORD 12.00 FEET AND RADIUS 1000.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 02 SECONDS EAST 105.61 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 7; THENCE ALONG SAID PROPERTY LINE NORTH 68 DEGREES 46 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST 105.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
