NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on November 6, 2016 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 17, LESS THE SOUTH 5 FEET, BLOCK 4, MAR-LEE ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1708 17th St E., Palmetto, Florida 34221 (“Property”).
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, on the 12th day of April, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
