NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of January, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16CA01329, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DONALD A. SANTINI A/K/A DON SANTINI A/K/A DONALD SANTINI CHARLOTTE L. SANTINI A/K/A CHARLOTTE SANTINI; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 2 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 173, GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 117 THROUGH 123 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
