NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000512 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Rockie Jarvis are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on February 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 94.2 FEET OF THE EAST 175 FEET OF THE NORTH 310 FEET OF THE WEST 661.99 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, LESS THE EAST 25 FEET AND LESS 14.2 FEET ON THE NORTH, ALL IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
