NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000488-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and JEROD HAGEN; HAGEN PROPERTIES, LLC; AVERSANA AT HAMMOCK BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 2 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1101, AVERSANA AT HAMMOCK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3569, PAGE 2104, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
