NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 6 day of January, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 17-203, THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3305, PAGE 656 AND AS AMENDED THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the February 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) in person, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
