NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 29, 2016 in the above action, Karen E. Rushing, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota County, Florida, on February 28, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., conducted via internet www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 45, VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, PHASE 3-1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 6, 6A AND 6B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
