NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-002899-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARIA COSTANTAROS; GUS COSTANTAROS A/K/A KONSTAS COSTANTAROS; PENNY DEMOPOULOS A/K/A DESPINA DEMOPOULOS; TULA COSTANTAROS A/K/A TULA STAMATIA HILEMAN A/K/A STAMATIA CHARALAMBOUS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are defendants. Paula O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of FEBRUARY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGES 89 AND 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
