NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001508-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, As Successor Trustee To Citibank, N.A, As Trustee For Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Ii Trust 2007-Ar3, Mortgage Passthrough Certificates, Series 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Jorge Andino; Grande Dominica at the Grande Preserve Condominium Association, Inc.; Grande, Preserve at the Dunes Community Association, Inc.; and The Dunes of Naples Property Owners Association, Inc. are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

TERRACE-06, GRANDE DOMINICA AT THE GRANDE PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3314, PAGE 1326, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACES GL-46 AND GL-84, THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO UNIT NO. TERRACE-06 AND THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.
