NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-001065-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association as trustee for GSMPS 2004-1, is the Plaintiff and Jonathan B. Economos, Leah D. Mendenhall, Michael G Mendenhall, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Elijah Mendenhall, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
