MARTY; QUEEN'S COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 13, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, QUEENS COVE PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGES 1 AND 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
