NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 06, 2017, and entered in 29-2015-CA-001963 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RANDALL S. HUBBARD A/K/A RANDALL SCOTT HUBBARD, DECEASED; JODI S HUBBARD; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; SCOTTY HUBBARD A/K/A RANDALL HUBBARD; BRITTANY HUBBARD; ANTHONY HUBBARD; MARK G. BENFIELD AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HILDA W. BENFIELD are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on February 2, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
