NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001210 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-A is the Plaintiff and EVAN T. THEOHARIS A/K/A EVAN THEOHARIS; MAGDALINE THEOHARIS; JUSTIN DEWITTE A/K/A JUSTINE DEWITTE; GEORGE POLETES A/K/A GEORGE POLATES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUSTIN DEWITTE A/K/A JUSTINE DEWITTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE POLETES A/K/A GEORGE POLATES; FIFTH THIRD BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); BORGHESE AT HAMMOCK BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HAMMOCK BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
