AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-SD3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and LITA B. EMMITT; KENNETH E. EMMITT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 02, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
