Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 24, 2016, and the Order on Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale entered on November 29, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AWS, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 01, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM.
