NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2016-CA-001956-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JOHN FRANCIS IACOVINO JR. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7736 GRAND BLVD LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 17, 2008, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN FRANCIS IACOVINO JR. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7736 GRAND BLVD LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 17, 2008; PAULA S. O'NEIL, CLERK & COMPTROLLER; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; YELLOWBOOK, INC., JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

NICK'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, also known as Lots 2 and 3 Block 11, York's Replat, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
