NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2016-CA-002775-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JERSJ, INC, a Florida Corporation, JOCKEY INVESTMENTS, a Florida Corporation; PAULA S. O'NEIL, CLERK AND COMPTROLLER, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
